PAYMENT – A Reservation Payment of one night is required to hold your dates. The Reservation Payment will be applied toward the rent. Please make payments in the form of Visa or MasterCard.  The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due ten (10) days before your arrival date and will be automatically withdrawn from your credit card.

CANCELLATIONS – A seven (7) day notice of cancellation of your reservation is required before your arrival date.  15% of your one day Reservation will be charged to your credit card.  If a cancellation occurs less than seven (7) days prior to the arrival date, one day’s rent will be charged to your credit card and the balance of the rental will be refunded to you.
