For 2008 we have a promotional rate of $120 a night except for Holiday weekends (Friday and Saturday) which are $150 a night.  There is a two (2) night minimum stay.  If you rent for one week (7 nights) we can give you a 5% discount.  If you rent for two weeks (14 nights) we can give you a 10% discount.

All repeat customers will get an additional 10% discount from our posted current rate on their next stay at any of our locations, Branson or Joshua Tree.

No-Smoking inside.  

Well behaved pets are allowed with permission and $50 deposit per pet.
